Personnel Transit 2 Wellness is a provider of employee assistance programmes that assists employees with managing their psychosocial challenges and serves as a support mechanism for employees. Employee productivity and performance in the workplace therefore increases. Personnel Transit 2 Wellness also assist HR and managers in dealing with difficult and troubled employees.

The affiliate model is used to provide counselling for employees. Independent practitioners (psychologists, social workers and registered counsellors) in  private practice is contracted to provide services for the staff of our corporate clients. Counselling for employees thus do not take place at the workplace but rather at the office of the therapist and services are provided nationally as well as in remote areas. A fee for service pricing model as well as a retainer model is offered to corporate clients. A month to month contract is offered so clients may choose not to utilize the services  with a months notice. Services are customized for multinationals, large corporations as well as small and medium enterprises. Personnel Transit 2 Wellness is owned and managed  by Dr A-R Mohamed.

In addition to an employee assistance programme, Personnel Transit 2 Wellness also provides other wellness services viz wellness days, wellness workshops to staff, HIV management of employees.
